The veterinarians at Trinity Ridge Animal Health are dedicated to providing your pets with the best possible health care, all while utilizing our state of the art facility alongside our compassionate veterinary support staff. Both veterinarians are accepting large and small animal patients.

Dr. Mike Patterson

Dr. Mike Patterson was raised in Laurens. He attended Clemson University and then transferred to the United States Air Force Academy where he graduated with a B.S. in Biology. After flying for the Air Force for 7 years, he pursued his dream of becoming a veterinarian. He graduated from Louisiana State University in 1998 with his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. He moved back to Laurens in 2000 and opened Trinity Ridge Animal Health in 2002. “I just love life!”

Dr. Jenna Crouch

Dr. Jenna Crouch is a South Carolina native, but her move to the Laurens area came through central Texas, where she practiced for nine years at a mixed (large and small animal) hospital. She grew up in coastal Colleton County, on a quail hunting plantation that her father still manages to this day. Dr. Crouch graduated from Clemson University and completed graduate and veterinary programs at Mississippi State University. Joining Dr. Crouch in the Upstate is her husband, Russ Abrams, who is an agricultural education teacher in the Greenville County school district, and their two young children. The family also has two dogs, two horses, a goat, and a bird. During their free time, the family enjoys outdoor activities, college football and spending valued time with friends and family.

Dr. Christina Sink

Dr. Christina Sink joined Trinity Ridge in 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgia Southern University and earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota in 2025.

Christina knew from a young age that she wanted to become a veterinarian. Her passion for animal care led her to begin volunteering at clinics at just 15 years old, and she has been dedicated to the field ever since.

In her free time, Christina loves traveling, hiking with her dogs, and running with her husband, Patrick. She has a particular soft spot for boxers and dairy cows, At home, she and Patrick share their lives with two boxers, Francine and Abraham, and two cats, Syndrome and Dash.
